We don't have a set number—we're intentionally planning on keeping the team small and nimble for as long as we can. We're focused on hiring the right people who can help us grow and build world-class products. This typically looks like someone who is self-motivated, driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.
We'll start with a 30 minute call with me, and then you'll spend an hour and a half building a project live with two of our engineers (this helps us understand if we work well with you, and gives you a chance to understand how much you like working with us :)). Finally, we'll meet one more time to ask some additional questions and discuss logistics should we choose to move forward.
